Lucknow. The second phase of the Agniveer recruitment drive for aspirants from Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand began on Monday at Roorkee. The Army has released a district‑wise schedule, spreading the rally over eight days from 5 October to 12 October. Candidates belonging to Lucknow are earmarked for 10 October.

From written‑test qualifiers to physical assessment

The rally targets the Agniveer Clerk/SKT category. Those who cleared the written examination will now undergo the recruitment run, physical‑fitness tests, and on‑spot document verification.

Officials emphasize that every candidate must bring original certificates and supporting documents to the venue.

Essential documents to carry

Applicants should have the following items with them:

  • Admit card
  • PAN card
  • Aadhaar card
  • Police character certificate issued online
  • Twenty recent passport‑size colour photographs
  • Educational certificates
  • Domicile certificate
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • School character certificate
  • Religion certificate
  • General character certificate
  • Unmarried certificate
  • NCC or sports certificates (if available)

Three photocopy sets of each original document are mandatory, and a mobile number linked to Aadhaar is required for online verification. Any missing paperwork will be addressed through on‑the‑spot affidavits.

The Army has grouped candidates by district as follows:

  • 5 October: Uttarakhand – Almora, Bageshwar, Nainital, Udham Singh Nagar, Champawat, Pithoragarh; Uttar Pradesh – Bahraich, Balrampur, Bareilly, Badaun, Farrukhabad, Hardoi, Lakhimpur Kheri, Pilibhit, Sambhal, Shahjahanpur, Shravasti, Sitapur.
  • 6 October: Amethi, Ambedkar Nagar, Ayodhya, Basti, Kaushambi, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Prayagraj, Pratapgarh, Rae Bareli, Sant Kabir Nagar, Siddharth Nagar, Sultanpur.
  • 7 October: Baghpat, Bijnor, Bulandshahr, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Meerut, Moradabad, Muzaffarnagar.
  • 8 October: Gautam Buddh Nagar, Amroha, Rampur, Saharanpur, Shamli, Agra, Etah, Jhansi, Kasganj, Jalaun.

Candidates must appear on the date printed on their admit card and strictly follow the venue instructions. Authorities reiterate that original documents are indispensable for verification.
