State‑wide Job Expo Overview
Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, will stage a two‑day employment exhibition on 7 & 8 October at the Juneja Indoor Stadium, Boodhapara. Hosted by the Department of Skill Development, Technical Education and Employment, the fair targets the placement of more than 8,700 vacancies with motivated candidates.

To date, 36 companies and recruitment agencies have submitted listings across a broad range of sectors, such as:
- Manufacturing and engineering
- Electrical services and automobile maintenance
- Sales, marketing and customer support
- Banking, finance and office administration
- Healthcare, security and logistics
Roles on the table range from technicians, machine operators, electricians and engineers to sales executives, computer operators, tele‑callers, nursing staff, security guards, drivers and delivery personnel. Apprenticeship and trainee opportunities are also available.
Eligibility – Who Can Apply?
The expo welcomes candidates with diverse educational backgrounds. Depending on the vacancy, required qualifications vary from Class 10 and Class 12 up to ITI, diploma, engineering, graduate and postgraduate degrees. The official portal lists openings in healthcare, education, engineering, security and many other fields.

Aspirants must register through the Chhattisgarh Employment Department’s e‑Rojgar portal. The procedure is straightforward:
- Open the e‑Rojgar website and select “Employment Seeker Login”.
- Complete your personal profile and upload the necessary documents.
- Explore the posted vacancies and choose the positions you wish to pursue.
- Submit your application and note any interview schedule provided.
