The vehicle, registered as UK04 CC 3465, left the carriageway at approximately 02:00 hrs, injuring all three occupants.

Villagers’ Immediate Response

Before the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) could reach the site, nearby residents rushed to the scene. Using ropes and improvised tools, they managed to extract the three victims from the ravine, preventing a potentially more tragic outcome.

Rescue Operations

When the SDRF unit from the Khairna post, led by Sub‑Inspector Devendra Singh, arrived, they coordinated with district police to secure the area. The combined teams swept the gorge and surrounding slopes to ensure no additional persons were trapped.

Once the scene was declared clear, the injured were handed over to medical responders and taken by ambulance to the nearest hospital for treatment.

Vehicle and Victims Details

The individuals involved were identified as Ankit Singh, 33, the driver named Bobby, and a ten‑year‑old boy, Mohammad Saqib. All three sustained injuries that required medical attention, but their conditions were reported as stable after receiving care.
